Policy should be important. It should capture the common purpose around which those that need to unite to solve a shared problem. For that to happen it cannot just be the problem that is shared - the policy must also be shared. If policy ownership is inequitable, and especially if ownership becomes divorced from responsibility and real-world delivery, it will lack traction and fail. How should we collectively achieve truly distributed, One Health, leadership of AMR policy?
