Session overview

In the words of Dr Seuss ‘Oh the places you’ll go!’.  IPC is a perfect home for research that rapidly has the ability to impact individual patient care but also to develop an evidence base that moves us all forward as a profession.  It is a true home for multi-disciplinary personnel, and more than that, has great scope to encompass different approaches – from qualitative to quantitative methods, and even focus on patient engagement.  This session covers the journey of one adventurous Healthcare Scientist who set off on a journey with ‘brains in her head and feet in her shoes’ with the ‘aim to move mountains’ and the excitement and pleasures that journey has entailed.
