Abstract submission deadline approaching for candida and candidiasis 2021

Candida and Candidiasis 2021 will be taking place online from 21–27 March.

The deadline for new abstract submissions at the Microbiology Society’s first Focused Meeting of the year is Friday 8 January at 17:00 GMT.

Abstract submissions are open across a broad range of sessions, including the diagnosis and treatment of Candida infections, antifungal drug resistance, the genomics and epidemiology of the Candida clade, the molecular mechanisms that underpin Candida pathobiology and the immunological responses of the host to the fungus.

The majority of new abstracts that are accepted will be selected for e-poster presentation, although a limited number of oral presentation slots are available.
