British Yeast Group 2022: From Genomes to Cells is pleased to announce that delegate registration is now open. The three-day meeting will take place 7–9 September 2022, at University College London, UK.

Returning to it’s successful in-person format, British Yeast Group is a friendly annual meeting that brings together the yeast community for three days of learning, discussion, and networking. Confirmed invited speakers include Benoît Kornmann, (University of Oxford, UK), Julia Promisel Cooper (University of Colorado, USA) and Cornelia Kilchert (Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany), with more to be announced shortly.

The programme will cover a broad range of topics including DNA metabolism, chromosome function, organelle and cell function, and cellular regulation and interactions. Abstract submissions are welcomed for offered oral and poster presentations, and submissions will close shortly on 27 May 2022.

Discounted registration rates are available for Microbiology Society members, as well as an early bird rate available until 29 July 2022. Learn more about the programme and register to secure your place today.

Further information will be announced in the build up to the meeting on our social media channels using the hashtag #BYG22.
