Elections

Help us shape the future of your Society

The work of our members on Council, Committees and Divisions is essential in the pursuit of our vision of a world in which the science of microbiology provides maximum benefit to society.

Voting is now open for Members of Council and positions across the ECM Forum Executive Committee. All members who are eligible to vote will receive an email from Civica, who are managing the Society’s elections this year. The email will contain instructions on how to cast your vote, along with written statements from the nominees.

If you have not received an email, and think you should have, please check your junk mail.

Please note, only members of the ECM Forum are eligible to vote for positions on the ECM Forum Executive Committee.

The ballots will close on Tuesday 22 June 2021.

Council will meet in July to ratify the results of the election. Candidates can expect to receive notification of the results by the end of July and a formal announcement to all Members will follow at the Society Annual General Meeting.
