Call for input: The UK’s Antimicrobial Resistance National Action Plan

Today, the UK Government released its new National Action Plan to tackle AMR, “Confronting antimicrobial resistance 2024 to 2029”.

This national action plan has been developed through cross-UK working between the UK Government and the Devolved Administrations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. This 5-year national action plan for AMR is the second in a series to support achievement of the 20-year vision.

Following the release of the plan, the Microbiology Society has launched a survey to gather gather feedback and insights the microbiology community regarding the content of the National Action Plan.

Your input will be invaluable and will inform the Microbiology Society’s response to the National Action Plan.
