Board of Trustees
The Society’s Board of Trustees consists of up to nine members. These include the three Executive Officers (President, General Secretary and Treasurer), three elected members from the Society’s membership and up to three co-opted members. Trustees are responsible for the governance of the Society. They bear the legal responsibilities of Trustees of the Charity and Directors of the Company, and take a variety of important strategic and legal decisions on how the Society deploys its assets for its long-term sustainability.
