IMAV 2019: International Meeting on Arboviruses and their Vectors is taking place on 5–6 September 2019 at the University of Glasgow, UK. You can register to attend and find out more about the speakers on the event page.
The meeting will provide a dedicated forum for the many scientists and clinicians from different areas of expertise who share an interest in arboviruses, to meet and discuss arboviruses and vectors in depth. There will also be social programme for the meeting, which will include a drinks reception and poster session at the end of each day and an end of conference party with a Ceilidh band.
Journal of General Virology has recently updated the ‘Arboviruses and their Vectors’ collection and is inviting submissions of original research and Reviews. You can also read more about some of the themes that will be covered at the meeting in the latest issue of Microbiology Today, ‘Arboviruses and their Vectors.’
