Europic 2022 – Registration and abstract submission open

The Microbiology Society is pleased to announce that registration and abstract submission for Europic 2022 are now open. The Focused Meeting takes place at the Harrogate Majestic Hotel and Spa, Harrogate, UK from 5–9 June 2022.
Europic is the world premier virology conference that focuses on studies of picornaviruses. This family of important human and animal pathogens includes enteroviruses (e.g. poliovirus, rhinoviruses, EV-A71, EV-D68), hepatitis A virus and foot-and-mouth disease virus, as well as many other viruses whose number is growing by day with new discoveries.
The programme will feature plenary talks from international experts as well as shorter offered oral and poster presentations that will be selected from submitted abstracts. The list of invited speakers is now available and the programme will be available shortly.
Abstract submissions are welcome on all areas of picornavirus research. Submit your abstract by the deadline of 17 March 2022.
Registration for the meeting includes access to all of the scientific sessions, all meals, including the conference dinner, drinks receptions and accommodation for four nights at the Harrogate Majestic Hotel and Spa.
