Avian Infectious Diseases 2021 will take place digitally from 15–17 September 2021. The Focused Meeting will bring together the scientific community and provide a forum for discussion not only on individual pathogens but also on cross-cutting areas of relevance to multiple infections, for example, the effect of immunosuppression on secondary infections, microbiota–pathogen interactions and multivalent vaccines against several infections.
The meeting will also welcome a host of invited speakers who will present their work and research at the Focused Meeting.
We are accepting offered papers, with a focus on the following topics:
- Molecular and cell biology
- Molecular epidemiology
- Pathogenesis and host response
- Host genetics
- Host range
The Journal of General Virology and Journal of Medical Microbiology are pleased to provide prizes for the best flash presentation and the best offered paper.
