Call for input: UKHSA AMR & HCAI surveillance output evaluation

22 May 2025

UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA)’s antimicrobial resistance (AMR) & Healthcare-associated infection (HCAI) division, together with the Evaluation & Epidemiological Science division, are working on an assessment to improve UKHSA-provided surveillance outputs related to the AMR national action plan 2024-2029. These include surveillance statistics and monitoring data on various bacterial and fungal infections, antimicrobial use, pathogen resistance rates and antimicrobial stewardship.

UKHSA ask you to please fill out this survey, even if you do not currently use any AMR or HCIA surveillance data. Please also share the survey with colleagues in your team, division, organisation, network or beyond who work on AMR, HCAI, IPC, antibiotic prescribing or use, or any related areas, who you think can provide valuable input for this evaluation.

Please fill out this survey by 30th June 2025.
