Microbial Genomics launches new section 'Metagenomics and microbiomes'
13 February 2024
Microbial Genomics is pleased to announce the launch of its new section ‘Metagenomics and Microbiomes’. We invite submissions that go beyond correlative studies, seeking manuscripts that leverage sequence-based approaches to provide novel biological insights.
Whether exploring microbiomes in human, animal, plant or environmental contexts, Microbial Genomics publishes original research contributions, review articles and studies showcasing technological innovations — from method development to cutting-edge computational pipelines. We welcome diverse approaches, including amplicon sequencing, metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, and single-cell genomics.
Submit your ground-breaking research to Microbial Genomics and contribute to the evolving landscape of metagenomics and microbiomes.
